I felt that our site needed a make-over and I've learned to do quite a lot with Adobe Photoshop these past few months.  I worked on our photos and came up with a design.  Then I read through an online "how to make your own CSS" and came up with this.  My first few attempts were frustrating and I needed to stretch my patience but as they say... "patience is a virtue" and it paid off.  Thanks to an online free graphics download site for the nice stuff you see, we now have a pretty good looking site.

Just to share a little bit... the quote on our banner is something Mon & I believes in (I came accross it in one book years ago) that it even had to be a part of our wedding invitation.  

Time surely flies so fast... it was just like yesterday when we found out that I was pregnant and now our baby has just celebrated her 1st birthday.

It was such a joy to watch our precious one grow day by day.  Finding out what she's learning to do, all her 1sts... her 1st smile, 1st laugh, 1st giggle, 1st roll-over, 1st time to sit-up, 1st taste of food, 1st time to crawl, 1st time to stand up, 1st steps and even her 1st mischief. 

It's true what people say... that having a child will surely bring so much happiness in the lives of couples.

The best gift Mon & I got from our 2005 Christmas was learning that i was pregnant. Mixed emotions dawned on me. . . excitement, worry, fear. . . is it a boy or a girl? can we make it? can we manage? inexperienced but will we learn fast? and so on and so forth . . .

We waited for a long 38 weeks. It wasn't easy because I had a risky pregnancy.  I was often at the verge of a miscarriage due to bleeding.  I had to quit my job and was on bed rest most parts of my pregnancy.

Finally, the day came, Alexia Kyra was born 08.08.2006.  Hearing her first cry was the first moment we can now be called a family.  No words can express how Mon & I felt, our first child was born.

And now, we're proud and happy parents to our little Alex.

LIFE . . . just live it day by day the best way. 

Gains and losses are a part of life. . . Loved ones and friends lost but something is gained along the way.  God has plans for each and everyone, just trust in Him . . . 'coz I did. 

Mistakes are just but a part of life but i've learned to bounce back. A few regrets but now a wiser and stronger person.

Seven years I've spent with Mon (so far some of the best years of my life) and we finally tied the knot in 2005.  We're now happily married, content with the life we're given and thankful for the boundless blessings from Him and His best blessing yet is our precious little angel Alexia Kyra.

Then we'll live happily ever after . . . isn't that what we're all hoping for?
